TMOC Administration Guidance and Information
TMOC Method of Operation Approved at the September 27, 2006, Plenary Session:
TMOC shall continue with the method of operation that calls for virtual committee operations and management where appropriate and rapid execution of TMOC actions (e.g., ANS letter ballot requests) to be taken between TMOC Plenary Meetings. In some cases these actions will be taken under the TMOC Chair's authority/privilege, and in other cases these actions will be taken after TMOC Chair gains a consensus via email interactions with TMOC Members. The TMOC Chair remains accountable to TMOC for his/her actions.
