Symmetricom General Manager and Executive Vice President Rick Stroupe Joins ATIS Board of Directors

 August 11, 2004, Washington, D.C. – ATIS, the leader in communications and information technology standards development, announced today that Rick Stroupe, General Manager and Executive Vice President for Symmetricom, Inc, was named to serve on the ATIS Board of Directors.

As general manager of Symmetricom's Telecom Solutions Division, Stroupe leads all of Symmetricom's telecommunications business for wireline, wireless and broadband access. Stroupe has been with Symmetricom since 1987.

"The standards work done within ATIS plays a leading role in shaping the industry's future," said Stroupe.
