All participants are encouraged to attend the joint meeting and transportation information between DC and Baltimore will be provided by ATIS.

DCA (National Airport) is closest to the ATIS offices with cab fare of roughly $20, IAD (Dulles) is a cab fare of roughtly $50. BWI (Baltimore-Washington) is closest to the TM Forum meeting location, but the most distant from the ATIS offices (from $80+ for cab fare).

In addition, sensitive discussion topics such as price, territories, specific contractual terms, etc., should be avoided. Any participant having concerns or questions regarding sensitive discussion topics should consult with their company's legal counsel, the Committee leadership, or ATIS legal counsel.
