The ATIS CIO Council

What is the CIO Council?
The CIO Council is a working group comprised of Chief Information Officers from ATIS Carrier-Member companies.

What is the Mission of the CIO Council?
The CIO Council provides a venue for CIO-level representatives to proactively:

  • Identify and discuss IT issues of common interest that are challenging the industry;
  • Frame, coordinate, and advance solutions to these common IT issues;
  • Provide perspective and direction to the development of standards, guidelines, best practices, etc. in support of this mission.

The ATIS Green Initiative

What is the Mission of the Green Initiative?
ATIS and its members are committed to providing global leadership for the development of environmentally sustainable solutions for the information, entertainment, and communications industry. The development of these innovative end-to-end solutions will:

  • Promote Energy Efficiencies.
  • Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
  • Promote “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.”
  • Promote eco-aware business sustainability.
  • Su pport the potential for societal benefits.

National Diversity Assurance Initiative (NDAI)
(Completed Program)

Scope
The scope of the Initiative is to explore and research the possibility of diversity assurance for critical NS/EP circuits across multiple service providers.
